Return Policy

Returns

We only accept returns if you receive the wrong/defective item. To request a return, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Take an unboxing video of the delivered product.
  • Take clear images of the delivered product, the invoice, and the shipping label.
  • Email the unboxing video and images to us at contact@rusticindifashion.com for verification.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be initiated from our end. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund too.

Refund will be rejected incase:

  • Items received with missing/broken tags
  • Items are used/worn

Exchanges

To initiate the exchange process contact us on contact@rusticindifashion.com with the details and images of the products that you wish to exchange. Exchange request should be raised within 48 hours of delivery of the item. 

We will arrange a pick up of the delivered items from your shipping address. Once the items are successfully received and gone thorough quality check, we will dispatch a fresh shipment with the exchange products from our end.

Exchange will be rejected incase:

  • Items received with missing/broken tags
  • Items are used/worn

You can expect the delivery of the exchange items within the next 6-7 working days after completion of quality check. 

Exchange Policy Note:

  • Exchange of any delivered item is subject to the availability of the desired sizes and colors. We cannot guarantee that all sizes and colors will be in stock at the time of your exchange request.
  • Exchanges can only be made for products with a value equal to or greater than the original item being exchanged. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference in price.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, Shadowfax, DTDC etc. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge of Rs.150/- at the time of delivery of the exchanged product.

    Cancellations

    As we hand-print all the orders on demand, an order cannot be canceled or edited after 12 hours of order placement. Contact us on contact@rusticindifashion.com for any cancelation/edit request.

    Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to the complexities and high costs associated with cross-border regulations and shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage you to review our product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before making a purchase.
